Die Cuts

Promotional Mailers

Promotional mailers may have areas die cut out of them to add to the design of the mailer or when there is a need to have information on one panel show through when viewing another panel. For example, an inside panel may have the recipient's name, address and account number imprinted on it. The sender may want a window die cut out so that the information can be viewed through the delivery address panel when the mailer is at its finished fold. The window would eliminate the need to have to print the delivery address again once the mailer was folded. Consult with your manufacturer if you want to incorporate a die cut on a mailer you are designing. For more information on die cutting, see Finishing - Die Cutting.
